When French actress Marion Cotillard walked the red carpet at the Oct. 14 premiere of Les Petits Mouchoirs (Little White Lies), she looked tres busty! And it wasn’t due to a really fabulous push-up bra. NYC-based plastic surgeon Dr. Michael A. Fiorillo tells Star it looks like Marion did indeed go under the knife to boost her cup size – from a B to a D. “They look a little big for her frame, slightly uneven, but it may be the way the dress is pushing them,” notes the doc, who has not treated the Oscar winner. “She looked good before.”
