Dr. Fiorillo mentioned that Courtney has possibly had a blepharoplasty because her right lower lid is in a higher position. He also mentioned that it looks like she has had a rhinoplasty because the tip of her nose is elevated. Finally, Dr. Fiorillo added that she may have also had some laser resurfacing done to her skin.
