Dr. Bianca Molina is a highly trained plastic surgeon offering both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breast, and body.
She was raised on the Connecticut shore. She moved to New York City where she completed her undergraduate degree at NYU with a major in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry, graduating early. She then completed her medical degree at New York Medical College, where she developed a strong interest in surgery and excelled technically. From there, Dr. Molina completed a full residency in General Surgery at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in Manhattan. She then went on to complete her Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery training at the Ohio State University, where she underwent rigorous, high-volume training in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery.
While at Ohio State, Dr. Molina had the privilege to provide reconstructive care to breast cancer patients at the world-renowned James Cancer Hospital. Dr. Molina has been actively involved in research initiatives pertaining to Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with multiple publications and presentations on breast cancer surgery, abdominal wall reconstruction, lymphedema surgery, and with a special interest in gender equality in the field of surgery.

As a surgeon, mother, and wife, Dr. Molina holds a special interest in serving the needs of women. For every and any patient, Dr. Molina understands the importance of working together as a patient-surgeon team, and feels communication is of the utmost importance in achieving realistic goals. She prescribes to the philosophy that surgical and non-surgical treatments should be tailored to each individual patient to provide the best possible outcome.
While she is passionate about performing high-quality surgery, Dr. Molina cherishes the ability to form meaningful and long-lasting relationships with patients. Dr. Molina currently resides in Manhattan with her husband and son.
As an athlete and former competitive soccer player, Dr. Molina focuses on staying healthy and active. She enjoys walking, running, swimming, recreational sports, and pilates. Dr. Molina has a personal interest in initiatives that aim to empower women.
