“Can weight ruin plastic surgery?”

Dr. Fiorillo was featured in the August 16th issue of InTouch Weekly magazine! He discuss how weight has affected the breast augmentations of certain celebrities. Read Dr. Fiorillo's comments on reality TV star, Audrina Patridge’s breast implants and how her weight loss has caused the scar tissue around her breasts to harden, weight loss can make abnormalities like the hardening of scar tissue look worse because there is no fat covering the area. Dr. Fiorillo also commented on actress, Tori Spelling and how her extreme weight loss has negatively affected her breast implants. Dr. Fiorillo advises his patients that a weight loss of more than 20 pounds can cause noticeable changes in plastic surgery.

 

Safety in the sun

Gone are the days of baby oil and hours in the sun. We have to protect our skin more than ever. Use at least SPF 30 daily and avoid prolonged periods in the sun without SPF and protective clothing.
